Dear our customers,
First of all, a big hello to everyone for all of Murasaki Port Moody Japanese Restaurant members, as we just changed our name of the restaurant!
We'd like to present a short description about who we are...
Nagano Japanese Restaurant (our former name) started out in the 90's and continued to exist until February of 2012 when we came and took over to continue the legacy of the business and developing it further. Along with this shift in ownership, we have set our goals to secure and improve the quality of our food, as well as to provide friendly service that is suitable for a cozy, local restaurant in the beautiful Newport Village of Port Moody.
In achieving our goal to become the best Japanese restaurant in the Tri-cities, and also to eliminate any confusion and/or inconvenience from the change in ownership, we have changed our restaurant's name to Murasaki Japanese Restaurant in the winter of 2017.
We would like to thank each and every one of you for visiting our restaurant. We have pushed forward with a mission to achieve the maximum customer satisfaction experience. Despite many challenges and difficulties we had in the face of increase in food supply prices and shortage of Japanese Chefs and Cooks in the industry, we have continued to put our mission as our priority to maintain the best quality of food at our restaurant.
This new year and in the coming future, we promise that we will continue this effort to live up to our initial standards, goals, and mission. We will put our focus on making our restaurant a place that provides prime service and welcoming to our existing customers and making a new rapport with new customers who will discover Murasaki Japanese restaurant and will want to come visit again. To keep this promise we need your trust and advice from you. If there is any feedback in our journey to become better for you, please advise us anytime.
Happy New Year of 2018! May this year be filled with joy and happiness that in turn will bring good things in your life.
Chuck & Gracia, the owners of Murasaki Port Moody Japanese Restaurant
